Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation of your ACSICON 2025 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at registration@acsicon2025.comclearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
Please Note:
  1. All cancellations done before 30/06/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value excluding GST
  2. All cancellations done before 31/08/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value excluding GST
  3. No refunds will be issued post 01/09/2025
  4. All refunds will be provided by cheque post 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
  5. Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
