- All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate
- Kindly notify us promptly in case you discover any discrepancies in your registration details. This will ensure a smooth and error-free registration process. Please contact us at registration@acsicon2025.com, and remember to include your Registration ID in all future correspondence
- A confirmation email containing your Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates. Please present this confirmation at the registration counter upon arrival
- Please note that the registration fee includes GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of your ACSICON 2025 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at registration@acsicon2025.comclearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
Please Note:
- All cancellations done before 30/06/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value excluding GST
- All cancellations done before 31/08/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value excluding GST
- No refunds will be issued post 01/09/2025
- All refunds will be provided by cheque post 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
- Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
