ABSTRACTS GUIDELINES For ACSICON 2025

The Organising Committee is excited to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming ACSICON 2025. This event aims to share innovative research, foster collaboration, etc. We look forward to your contributions and to an engaging and inspiring event!

Abstract Guidelines:

Abstract Submission Opens on 25^th July 2025
Abstract Submission Closes on 20^th August 2025
(Note: Acceptance of abstracts is subject to approval by the jury. The decision of the jury is final.)

Guidelines for abstract submission:

• Abstracts submitted should preferably be original research work.
• Abstracts already published or presented at previous conferences should not be submitted.
• Abstracts may be submitted for oral/poster presentation.
• Abstracts will be accepted only via Google Form (Scan the QR Code Attached Below).
• Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

Abstracts to be submitted in the following format:

• Abstract Title: (maximum 20 words)
• Name of Presenting Author
• Designation
• Institute
• Address for Correspondence
• Mobile
• E-mail
• Name(s) of Co-Author(s): (Up to 4)
• Abstract: (maximum 300 words)
• Aims & Objectives
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Instructions :

Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parenthesis and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.

Registration :

The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.

Certificates :

• Certificate will only be provided to the presenting author.
• Presenting author needs to be physically present at the conference.
• Certificates will not be handed over to any representative.
